Salsa Cruda

Ingredients
1Can28-32oz can of Whole tomatoes
1Teaspoonsalt
1Teaspoonpepper 1 tsp paprika
1Teaspoonchili powder
1Teaspoondried oregano
1⁄2Cupfresh cilantro
1Clovegarlic
Instructions

Chop the Onion into quarters and add to food processor along with jalepenos, garlic and cilantro. Pulse to a coarse grind. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse to desired consitency. Transfer to storage container and refrigerate at least one half hour. Serve with tortilla chips and garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs if desired. Ole !
