Salsa Cruda
| 1 | Can | 28-32oz can of Whole tomatoes |
| 1 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 1 | Teaspoon | pepper 1 tsp paprika |
| 1 | Teaspoon | chili powder |
| 1 | Teaspoon | dried oregano |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | fresh cilantro |
| 1 | Clove | garlic |
Chop the Onion into quarters and add to food processor along with jalepenos, garlic and cilantro. Pulse to a coarse grind. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse to desired consitency. Transfer to storage container and refrigerate at least one half hour. Serve with tortilla chips and garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs if desired. Ole !
